COLOUR ACCURACY
We take the utmost care to accurately represent the colours, styling and details of our garments while shooting our porducts. However, we understand that there may be minor differences in how garments may be presented on digital devices. Please do keep this in mind when shopping product on our website.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like products with customisations. We also reserve the right to refuse an exchange after 3 days from receipt or if the items sent to us are not in the same condition as received by the customer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
We offer an exchange policyon our products. Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at +91 8979952424 within 24 hours for assistance.However, we do offer a 1 time alteration on our products within 15 days of purchase of the product.
To start an alteration request, you can contact us at info@essentiacloset.comWe’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an alteration will not be accepted.
Purchases made during sales are not eligible for any kind of exchange or alteration.Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed correctly.
The cost of return shipping to our office address in Meerut is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (We do not have reverse pick up facility ), as any returned items that is not received by Essential Closet will be treated as not returned. Essential Closet will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation requests will only be entertained if they are made within twenty four hours of placing an order.Incase of cancellation requests after twenty four hours , we reserve the right to accept or reject requests. Incase such a request is accepted, we will not refund the amount, however, a customer can redeem the amount for instore credit.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within 15-20 days from the date of successful placement of your order. We have tie-ups with leading logistics providers to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure a safe and fast delivery to you.
We offer free standard shipping within India.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days.Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your order arrives damaged, defective or if you receive wrong item , please contact us immediately or within 24 hours for assistance, including photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
