We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the product or size isn’t quite right, we offer a 7-day exchange window to make your shopping experience easier and more convenient.

 

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at +91-8979952424 or info@essentiacloset.com with your order details.

Please note that we currently do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges are subject to the eligibility conditions mentioned below.

 

One-Time Alteration

We also offer a one-time alteration on eligible products within 15 days of purchase.

To request an alteration, please contact us at info@essentiacloset.com within 15 days of your purchase. Once your request is confirmed, we’ll provide you with the shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send the product before your alteration request has been confirmed, as unapproved shipments may not be accepted.

 

Eligibility for Exchange & Alteration

For hygiene and quality reasons, products must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged and in original condition
  • Returned with all original labels and tags intact
  • In their original packaging

Please mention your name, address, phone number, email address, order ID, and the required size clearly with the parcel.

 

Shipping

The cost of shipping the product to our office in Meerut for an exchange or alteration is borne by the customer and is non-refundable.

We currently do not offer a reverse pick-up facility, so we recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping service. Essentia Closet cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or not received at our office.

 

Sale Purchases

Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are not eligible for exchange or alteration.
